Asyraf possesses nearly 25 years of management experience in various industries including Oil & Gas, Property Development, and Energy. He has worked in PETRONAS Subsidiaries /divisions) such as PETRONAS Refinery, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, Corporate Planning & Development Division of PETRONAS, Group Technology Solutions of PETRONAS and Downstream Business Unit of PETRONAS. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand ( “CA ANZ” ) and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

Johnathan Jaya Sudhir, our Executive Director, offers a wealth of international business experience gained from working in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and Sri Lanka. A graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor of Business degree specializing in Economics and Management, Johnathan has a proven track record of leading marketing and business development teams. Before joining us, he served as a Director at a SAAS 3D visualization platform, where he spearheaded various strategic initiatives. Johnathan is passionate about leading the digital transformation of the talent management sector in Southeast Asia, aiming to position the industry at the forefront of innovation and efficiency. Additionally, Johnathan has conducted numerous workshops and training sessions for universities and companies on the application of psychometric assessments, helping organizations leverage these tools to enhance their talent management processes.

Gregory Jaya Sudhir, Director at CXS Analytics, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Westminster. With a robust background in marketing and product implementation, Gregory has formerly served as Marketing Director at a SaaS 3D visualization platform and managed significant projects at a major IT solution provider in Malaysia. His experience includes overseeing large private sector clients and government institutions such as the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and state-run utilities. Gregory’s expertise ensures effective delivery and implementation of our IT solutions.

With a Bachelor's degree in IT (Graphics and Multimedia) (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Izzat brings a unique blend of technical expertise and public sector experience to our team.
